In the market, under no-water protection status for reverse osmosis systems, the high-pressure pump can stop during regeneration, but the raw water pump cannot. Our company’s reverse osmosis system, under PLC control, allows both the high-pressure pump and raw water pump to stop during regeneration, offering additional protection for the pumps.
A bypass valve is installed between the inlet and outlet of the high-pressure pump. This valve serves to recirculate and relieve pressure, allowing adjustment of the outlet water pressure. It ensures that the pressure before the pump does not become too high, guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the high-pressure pump.
